Now that the school should go online we need 2 WEB CAMs.

I have no idea of it because it has never touched me and everything is on my notebook and that's always enough.

I was happy with the thing. At least she's already filming in HD. Of course, Full HD would be better, but you won't get very far with your 30 euro.
There are apps like Droidcam and wimic with which you can use the microphone and camera of an Android smartphone for the PC as a webcam and micro. Even the pro versions of the apps cost 3 euro or so. If you invest expensive money in a moderate webcam, this would be an alternative.

As for the dark… Pretty much every low-priced cam goes bad.
But this is also the case with cell phones and system cameras.
Therefore ideally always film in reasonable light.

I recommend the microsoft Lifecam HD 3000 which costs 20 euro but a good alternative is the Trust webcam for 17 euro. Both are not Ultra HD webcams, but 480p-720p are sufficient for this purpose.
