My Lenovo laptop (Model: Y520-15IKBN) can't be reset. I tried quite normal to reset my laptop, he initially did so until about 2-3%. There it stood that the PC can't be reset and that no changes were made. I've been trying to reset the laptop more than once, but every time the same thing. Can someone please help me.
Watch this video:
explains a lot and just has to imitate but before you start watching the video completely without doing anything
I have seen the video for a short time he said that you need the windows 10 key I have not that it was already pre-installed
You do not have to download win 10 Just download Linux as the main system is free and the buyer can then if he wants to change the betribssystem
oh and Azuna best Waifu xD
:)
You want to sell the laptop? If you reset only the operating system, you can still make all your data.
It makes the most sense to read out your key (with "Windows Product Key Viewer" chip.de) and then install windows very fresh (from a bootable usb stick) and format the disk then work with parameter / p. (overwrites everything on the hard disk was again, so that really nothing of your data is left) with ner ssd disk enough / p 0, at ner hdd rather 7. And then install just normal windows. If you really do not have a clue how to do it and you do not want to deal with it, then it's best to look for someone who has some idea - I've just roughly outlined the steps
But with a sale of your laptop, reset windows is NOT enough, if you want to be sure that no criminal will get your data in your hands!
You can look up your key.
I got the lpaptop completely reset so everything
That would have to be the inferior and ugly finished PC BIOS.
Please just stay factually okay?
I said that (roughly xD)
You can restore the files so that you can recover deleted files
Yes for you or for sale, that's the question ^^ you have written in another comment that you want to sell it. And there are people who love to buy ebay laptops and then recover the data on the hard drive. Therefore this "on number sure variant". Deleted is not the same deleted in computers / cell phones.
If it were only reset for you, I would have asked first, if this message was not something else stood there. Because with "yes did not stop" as an error message, no one can do anything. Not even bill gates, so I hope there's more
