A laptop or lap computer for Linux?

I'm looking for a laptop that works well with Linux and I do not have to pay more than 300 Euro.

Lenovo ThinkPad X230 is very popular with me, but the lap computer should have 14 inches.

Do you know something?

This is one of the best for the price with SSD. It also has 14 inches.

Comes without operating system, should also work without problems with Linux.

Of course, you can also buy a used Thinkpad.
