I have on my laptop (Gigabyte AERO 15), often on the main hard disk, some partitions with different Linux distributions created, in addition to Windows to test them.
After I did not want this anymore, I deleted the Linux partitions in Windows Disk Management.
Also, I have the boot partition switched back to the Windows and can continue to boot Windows and use.
What only bothers me is that the Bootloader / GRUB of Linux are displayed under the Boot Devices in the BIOS.
This is really stupid and currently no new Linux distributions can be installed from the USB stick. There I'm always pushed into a command line.
Does anyone have an idea what to do or how to fix this problem? I give you thumbs and most helpful answer awards if I'm helped.
If you enter the following commands one after the other on the Windows 10 command line, the problem should be solved:
bootrec / rebuildbcd
bootrec / fixmbr
bootrec / fixboot
Otherwise, this should also be able to fix the automatic repair function of the Windows installation CD.
I can't help much, because I only know Linux ;-)
Under Linux (also using the live media) I do that with "efibootmgr".

Under Windows mie Easyuefi goes.

After I did not want this anymore I have in Windows
Disk Management deleted the Linux partitions.
That's quite dμmm I think, anyone who knows a little more knows but that mutilated by the GRUB!

Insert a Windows installation disk and install the Windows Bootloader - done.
