I'm about to buy a new laptop and I'm currently studying architecture. I urgently want it to have a touchscreen and to cost a maximum of 1300 euro. Programs like Archicad, Photoshop or maybe also Revit would be possible. I'm still very unsure between two models, I would be happy to get some advice or maybe even a recommendation from another laptop with a touchscreen.

I don't know exactly what you want, but I recommend a laptop with a NIVDIA Quadro graphics card, which are designed for programs like you need

Every entry-level notebook can handle CAD well today. The time when you still had to pay attention to the graphics card (especially when rendering) is long gone.
I also have a beginner's notebook (approx. 5 years old), but one with an 18.3 inch monitor so that you don't look out of your head. But these are almost no longer available today, and if they do - then very expensive.
I just might want a specific recommendation from a laptop anyway.
