Which notebook brand is recommended?

I would like to buy a new notebook soon because my old notebook from Acer (3 years old) has given up the ghost. Because the notebook keeps crashing despite being put back to work.

Since I'm very disappointed with the quality of Acer and it failed in a short time despite its high price of over 1000 euro, a notebook from the Acer series was of course never an option.

So I wanted to ask you which notebook brands are highly recommended in terms of quality and durability, or is there a specific model that you would recommend me? I never want to be faced with the same headache that happened with the Acer again.

I heard Lenovo 's reliable devices. Is that correct?

Jo

I have had Lenovos both privately and professionally and I'm thrilled. Stay away from Fujitsu if you ask me.

LG

Lenovo

Dell

with whom the best experiences were made.

Asus

Acer

Toshiba

the worst in service, guarantee and goodwill

HP is still good, but it depends on the series…

No

I recommend Lenovo. If you can spend a little more, one from the Think Pad series (T or X model). My father still has a ThinkPad which is 15 years old and it still works (of course only slowly but at least). The other Lenovo laptops are also good. Otherwise I can recommend the HP ProBooks. MacBooks are also good, but in my eyes outrageously overpriced. I would refrain from brands like Medion, Acer etc.

I would recommend you stay away from notebooks if the defect of a single device causes you to completely exclude a manufacturer.

Not helpful but thanks for your opinion

Both Dell, Lenovo and HP install spyware / adware / malware including security holes.

I can recommend Acer.

No

I'm currently using an HP ProBook and have been doing so for 3 years. Unfortunately, the laptop is a bit too big, which is why I will probably switch to a ThinkPad from the T series. Otherwise we have a Fujitsu Lifebook, which my father is quite happy with. 😊

Let them spy on them. I have nothing to hide 🙂

The T series look very chic and stable. The Lenovo S series and the Lenovo Yoga s740 15 inch. Since this also contains better graphics for one or the other CAD application.

ab

What do you say?

No

Yep The T series is fairly stable and durable and has an extra stabilizing frame. Compared to the laptops of the Lenovo S series, the display is a bit worse and the design of the S series and yoga models is also a bit more chic. You can partially configure what hardware is installed. For CAD applications, I would also tend to the S740 Yoga.
