Does anyone know if you can download ram Minecraft on a 4GB laptop and if it runs smoothly?

4GB Ram does not say too much, your CPU and GPU would be interesting too.

The download is of course always, that does not come on ram…

However, it probably will not run 100% smoothly, but as I said, it's always… So just do it and try it out

Vanilla runs smoothly, with modpacks you should have more.

Much more important is graphics card and CPU (especially CPU). You have to name it. The RAM is enough.
