Windows cmd access denied?

I'm currently trying to do the following to fix my problems on my laptop. "https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/fix-0xc0000034-error-windows-10"

Now I have already run "Bootrec / fixmbr". But when I type in "Bootrec / fixboot", it says "Access denied".

What can I do now? Abort? What are the effects of having already executed the first command?

Wa

Run as admin

Rh

This is only based on an elevated command prompt.

Pa

And how does it work?

Pa

I opened the command prompt through a Windows Media Creation Tool via problem handling. Above it says:

"Administrator: X \ windows \ SYSTEM32 \ cmd.exe"

I don't know what to do now?!

I've already carried out the first command, but what does that mean. Well…

Do you do the command from a Windows PE environment? So from a boot CD or boot stick with Windows on it?

Wa

Do it with the automatic start repair.

Wa

You can try "runas / user: administrator cmd" in the CMD

Pa

Yes, from a Windows boot stick. The command "runas" is not accepted…

The automatic startup repair from normal Windows?

What about the "Bootrec / fixmbr" command I already ran?

No, from Windows on the boot stick. It has such a function there somewhere.

is your Windows in BIOS mode with MBR partitioning at all? If it is installed in the newer UEFI mode with GPT, these commands may not work.

Pa

The Boot Stick has the option of Computer Repair, followed by "Use a device", "Troubleshoot" or "Turn off your PC".

The following options are available for troubleshooting: start-up help (which does not help, I tested), CMD, uninstall update, UEFI firmware setting, restore system, restore system image.

I don't know whether Windows is in BIOS or UEFI mode, unfortunately it's not my device.

Pa

Doesn't method 1 and 5 reset the hard drive? (I still need the data)

Method 2: I don't have the advanced option.

Method 3: The / fixboot command can't be executed.

Method 4: still running…
