I have a strange phenomenon (for me). I bought a new notebook and couldn't access various pages (Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.zalando.de/" on this server.Reference # 18.5d6b7b5c.1617643241.3bc30f53). I noticed it on zalando and ebay classifieds. I tried a lot of tips from the net, but nothing helped. A few days later I ended up on the pages again by accident and suddenly it worked. Now I wanted to look at the pages again and now it didn't work again. What could that be? That it sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't? Thank you very much for your help! LG, liana

Does this "phenomenon" occur in all browsers?
Is there any parental control software pre-installed?
Deactivate or uninstall the times and also the virus scanner (also pre-installed and only free for 30 days).
In most cases, the integrated Defender in Win10 is sufficient.

I just know that it wasn't possible for all of them. I don't know if it worked when it worked in Firefox, but I didn't try that out of sheer joy that it worked all at once
