Laptop screen makes faxing?

I switched on my laptop wanted to watch a video in full chill and suddenly this happens. It is the same with every video and does not go away. Altha that annoys me because it seldom uses too much. Have already restarted it. It's only on YouTube. If I e.g. Watch imported videos, everything is ok. Please urgently need your help
