I play Minecraft with the Badlion client. I recently received a new screen that I connected to my laptop. However, when I connect it, I generally don't get any more sounds. Neither from Opera, Minecraft or other games. When I play without the screen everything goes normally. Is there something on the screen? Is it recognized as a loudspeaker?
😅 take a look at your sound settings. There you can see what is used as input and output.
Or just reconnect your cables.
It's just a laptop with a 2nd monitor, which I think is questionable anyway😅 If there's an HDMI cable used, then I think it will not be of much use🤣
OK. I just play on a 10 year old Lenovo ThinkPad. That's why I can't keep up. XD

Your screen probably has a speaker in it. Simply press the sound symbol at the bottom right and see which device is selected.
It has no speaker and I play with a headset
