Why does the temperature of the GPU rise more slowly than that of the CPU?

In my notebook the temperature rises when the processor with a 65 watt boost boosts to 80 degrees (can also cool the notebook)

With my GPU the temperature rises slowly under full load in 2 minutes from 40-55 degrees afterwards to 30 to 72 degrees

Why is the temperature rising more slowly there?

Tr

Because it is not used so often and therefore warms up over time

Gu

Yes, but at 100% load the temperature of my cpu rises from 40 to 80 degrees

But according to the Hhomework Monitor, I used 100% of my GPU

Tr

Is probably better chilled / WPaste is still fresh

Gu

But is both on the same fans and Heade Pippes (misspelled) but I found a picture

You can see that the GPU is a much larger cooling block
