Unfortunately I have a little problem with Paypal:
Normally you will be forwarded from the shopping cart of the respective online shop to PayPal, where you then enter your email address and password and then only have to confirm the payment to complete the purchase.
And when I enter my access data, my problem begins:
I land in my account as normal, as if I had registered on the PayPal homepage… Without the possibility to complete the purchase.
Up to a few days ago this happened every now and then and could be avoided by logging out of the PayPal account and redirecting to PayPal via the online shop.
But it has been like this for a few days now. If you then tried to log in for a while, the request to enter the captcha will of course appear at some point, there my problem will continue… My entry will not be accepted… I will then no longer be able to access my account, either via the forwarding through the online shop directly via PayPal.
Currently this permanent problem only exists when I want to log in from my laptop.
Payment can be confirmed from both the tablet and the smartphone, with a few exceptions.
At first I suspected my virus program because the VPN activated there already blocks the login for other things, but unfortunately this is not the case here, as nothing changes even with the VPN deactivated.
I currently have no idea what it could be, I have not changed any settings in my account.
Maybe someone had a similar problem here and found a solution.
I'm grateful for any help.
You have a VPN active all the time? Which? Virus program on the cell phone? Get down with it, use your brain instead of such programs.
Are you already logged into the same when forwarding to PayPal? Dangerous. You should first deactivate all links and autologin in PayPal and never accept anything (One Touch etc.).
With the captcha problem, what happens there? Is there an error message? The captchas are from Google, if you are no longer trusted, sometimes you will not be let in. But you also get a message and other times you have to solve captchas very often and often several in a row. But not only with PayPal. Something like this can happen through VPN use and, once you are on the list, is not solved with deactivation. I once had that with Hola.
