I still go to school so I have online lessons. At Christmas I got a new laptop that actually works perfectly. However, every time we all have the camera on, it crashes. I can't move the mouse, nor can I turn off the camera. I can't do anything with my laptop for about 2 hours. If nobody, except the teacher, has the camera on, or if the camera is switched on alternately, e.g. For presentations, everything works normally.
Does anyone know what I can do or why that is?
What kind of laptop do you have?
I'm not quite sure now, but for me it is sometimes because of the internet connection at home that suddenly nothing works
Lenovo
Lenovo is a brand.
But that the entire laptop crashes because of the Internet? 🤔

@ roxette99 Right, Lenovo is a brand, and next? Wasn't that your question?
Maybe he can't take it?
I already thought to myself, but that would be stupid since cameras are mandatory since this week haha
It's rather unusual what kind of one do you have?
It may be due to drivers that are not up-to-date or system updates not being installed.
Please check the Windows Updatea section on your computer, as well as the drivers for your graphics card and webcam.
If necessary, you could also have a system scan carried out, which will find and fix any irregularities.
Windows + R → CMD → Ctrl + Shift + Enter
The CMD opens as an administrator
Now enter the following command:
sfc / scannow
Let everything go through and write me the result of the scan.
Hmm stupid.

I thank you! I'll try right away if it works again.
Mmm that shouldn't happen. Where did you buy it or do you still have a guarantee? If so, send it back
What do you mean when it works again?
Is it all broken now?
No, it couldn't be served
