What that means?

On my laptop it has been showing this since today and when I click it away it comes again 3 times and only then does it go away completely. Does anyone have experience with this or can tell me what that means and what it is related to?

Do you have Origin installed? In some forums, it seems that it is Origin's InGame overlay that can cause problems (however, all of these posts are from 2014/15).

Otherwise did you try to reinstall Origin? When does the whole thing occur?

Yes, Origin has already reinstalled it yesterday but it doesn't help. Since yesterday, Sims 4 is no longer playable on older models unless you download the Sims 4 Legacy Edition from Origin (free of charge). Only I thought that this is not a problem for me, because you need a 64 bit and I also have one from my system and therefore I do not understand the problem what could be 🤔

And it always shows up when I turn on the laptop and it starts up.
