Kaspersky problem. Activation error: The connection to the server failed?

I bought Kaspersky Total Security for 3 devices today.

It went smoothly on cell phones and notebooks. The only thing I can't activate it on my computer is the error message mentioned above.

It's not the internet, I connected the LAN…

I still have Avast free on my computer and my notebook. The software shouldn't interfere, however, because Kaspersky could be installed and activated smoothly on my notebook…

Can someone help me.

Ka

Unfortunately, 2 cooks cause problems because they don't cook better but accuse the other of being a virus and usually they like to block each other. And since you have problems, it stands to reason.

It's not the internet, I connected the LAN…

It can't be because of apples, because I eat pears.
(About the same logic!)

I still have Avast free on my computer and my notebook.

Down with it.

However, the software should not interfere,

Colossal misjudgment.
There are only 2 known products that can be installed in parallel with a virus scanner: Windows Defender (but it switches off automatically) and Malwarbytes Antimalware.
But that's about it.

Dr

Okay, Kaspersky is actively prompting you to uninstall Malwarebytes

ta

So you installed Kaspersky, Malwarebytes and Avast?

Dr

Before that Avast and malwarebytes yes

ta

I don't know why Kaspersky is "allergic" to Malwarebytes.
Maybe because the full version is active?
I would temporarily uninstall Malwarebytes when installing Kaspersky.

Oh yes: Because of the activation history, you should contact Kaspersky Support. They are most likely to be able to tell you why that is.
