There are only 2 known products that can be installed in parallel with a virus scanner: Windows Defender (but it switches off automatically) and Malwarbytes Antimalware.
But that's about it.

So you installed Kaspersky, Malwarebytes and Avast?
Before that Avast and malwarebytes yes
I don't know why Kaspersky is "allergic" to Malwarebytes.
Maybe because the full version is active?
I would temporarily uninstall Malwarebytes when installing Kaspersky.
