Gmail: Log in, create a new mail, insert everything, add attachment, send.
If you are working on a PC: mark the PDF, right-click and select "Send by email".
Also mark on the cell phone and select "Send"
There's nowhere "send by email"
Open GMail, write an email to the person you want. Then you attach your Word or PDF document as an attachment to this email. Then you send the mail.
