Touchscreen mode disappeared from my laptop?

I recently upgraded my laptop with a Windows 10 pro version. After a successful installation, I noticed that my touchscreen or tablet mode is no longer there. (Usually you could operate the laptop in tablet mode).
At first I thought that maybe I just need to add tablet mode to my "Notifications & Actions" first. However, the function is completely gone! Can someone help me please?

I also restarted the input devices in the device manager.
