I have an older Samsung T520 laptop and would like to install an Adata SU 800 hard drive that I still have.
My problem is that I can't start the PC with the old hard drive and maybe have a virus on it?
How can I set up the new hard drive (which I have already installed) and is it possible without a cable where I have to transfer data from the old hard drive?
I wanted to buy Windows 10 again and I don't know how I e.g. Set it up in the bios!
The new SSD is in and I can boot up the laptop!
I pressed T2 and come in everywhere!

Are you sure the device is a T520? According to your information I get on the Internet, this is a tablet. Please check the data again.
You need Windows 10 either as a DVD or as an image on a bootable USB stick.
You go into the BIOS of the laptop and choose Boot from USB or Boot from DVD first. You can usually go directly to the boot menu with the F12 key.
Windows is then reinstalled on the hard drive and takes about 30 to 60 minutes.
You don't have to set up anything at first.
Install, start Windows installation, follow the instructions.
Don't stress yourself first. You can install the hard drive first and as long as you don't start the laptop, the virus will not spread. Then you are looking for an ISO stick with Win 10 for this you need a free 8GB or larger stick. Windows 10 is then burned on this stick. You can do this with the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/.../windows10
With this tool you can build the Windows ISO on the stick. Important, choose the right stick.
Then you can stick the stick in your old T520 and during the start process you press the "F12" key very quickly and often. Then your bios asks you which medium should be used for booting first and here you can select the stick.
