Autodesk desktop app failed to install?

I had uninstalled the Autodesk desktop app back then and wanted to reinstall it. Via the link "https://emsfs.autodesk.com/utility/adskapp/landing/?source=AKN&_ga=2.247098055.2105984208.1601459947-906629742.1563444921%22 I was able to download the file" Autodesk_Desktop_App_Bootstrap "and when double-clicking the file and confirming with Yes, a small window with a loading bar and the text" Is initializing… "is displayed for a fraction of a second. Unfortunately, then it happens nothing more and the Autodesk desktop app is nowhere to be found on the laptop. The only thing I noticed is that an XML document with the name "update" appeared in the download folder. I hope you can help me further and I can I would like to thank everyone who tries (Windows 10)

So i did it once, never had autodesk on it, ergo the "full app installation" is downloaded for me first (ie after starting the installation by autodesk… _bootstrap.exe, so not like you "is initialized ").

and that is probably not done with you, ergo see update, so I think that the system still sees the previous installation etc and considers it installed.

So you have to somehow delete these remnants, both in terms of the software and in terms of the registry things and the profile, which could be in your RoamingApp or in your documents or.

Thank you very much! I deleted everything in the document folder, but I didn't even have the RoamingApp folder on the screen.
