You're throwing something up there. The i7 is a model series like the i3 or the i5. What the Youtubers mean is the generation. The i7 10700 would be a 10th gene, the i7 11700 an 11th gene.
So in your example, an i5 11600 would be what you seem to want. You should definitely check out the AMD competition too.
