I have since a recent Windows notebook, which I can use as a tablet plus pen.
So I wanted to ask what you can give for recommendations regarding a drawing program. It does not have to be free. Best of all, the program should be clear and easy to handle.
I'm happy about every suggestion.

Photoshop is a good program.

I can recommend Inkscape https://inkscape.org/de/. This is a free vector graphics program for Windows, Mac and Linux.
I also recommend taking a look at the gallery, because you can see what's possible with Inkscape.
