Send the raw file to Filmora9?

I have previously used Filmora on my notebook but would like to switch to my PC now. How can I send the project because I still want to have access to the effects and don't want a rendered version.
is it all possible or do I have to start all over again.

Somehow does not work there everything turns red and FIlmora only says that some data can't be found and I should relocate it
