I would like to buy a laptop. I only need it for the hobby for image processing such as. With Gimp. That means it should have Windows and not be too expensive.

What do you mean by not too expensive? For one, that's not more than 600 euro, the other sets the limit at 1600 euro?

The days when Macs were the only real thing for image editing and video editing are… A thing of the past. A really long time ago they were actually undefeated, but Windows and Linux computers can do that too.
So since I really ONLY want to do image processing, otherwise I do everything with an Ipad, the limit would actually be around 500 euro
