To Windows 10 update laptop defective?

I worked on my laptop in Word earlier. There was a message from a Windows 10 update, but I postponed it later. A while later, the message came back and suddenly made the laptop without any message the update. It took a long time, I could not do anything. After about 30 minutes everything was ready. But the shock. Everything from my laptop is gone. The desktop only black.

I can't do anything anymore.

Already tried this to drive down and restart but again only the black screen.

I'm just crying. Is there a salvation there? There's absolutely nothing left

I bought the laptop in July 2017 and the Windows was already installed. That was included in the price
