Internet only via cable?

My laptop had a normal internet connection yesterday and today it works only with cable. But I did not know anything (knowingly).

There's too little information for that. There must be somebody on site, who knows about it. Can lie on the wireless router (access point) or on the operating system something on the laptop.

What kind of internet contract you have, only you know.
But I would not have a contract known in which one can switch back and forth between DSL / cable and mobile on the fly.
