Why can't I uninstall Microsoft Teams?

I've tried uninstalling teams about 4 times because it always opens and slows down my laptop. But when I uninstall it, I can still open it. Is there a way I can really delete it? (I'm using Windows 10 on a Surface Book 2)

It may well be that teams are reinstalled with the Windows updates.

However, you can prevent the autostart in the Task Manager, then the program will at least no longer start.
