How can you determine which devices (e.g. Laptop, smartphone, etc.) are connected and how much bandwidth they use with a Mesh Wi-Fi system in which the fritzbox router is the Mesh master?

is

You can see the connected devices in the menu of the respective router

On the configuration page of the FritzBox, clearly visible in the mesh overview.

BUT, the maximum possible gross data rate is displayed in Mbit / s. So it is not the currently used data rate.

Here is what the mesh overview looks like:

PS:

Already knew? The difference between gross and net data rate is typically 50% in WLAN, i.e. Net (= user data) is about half of the gross.

Hello and thank you for your help. Unfortunately that doesn't work for me via the Fritzbox. My Fritzbox is Meshmaster and therefore unfortunately only shows the attached mesh under this window, which is directly connected via lankabel. That's why the smartphones, etc. Run more or less over lan and that's why I don't see them. However, there must be a way! Do you have another idea?

Then look under home network / network in the list. The properties of all network participants are also listed there.

With the button (+/-) at the top right of the mentioned list, you can show / hide the characteristics for this list.

There's also the "Extended View" (top right in the main menu "…"), if you activate this "Extended View", you will see more.
