Mavic Pro video file halting?

The video recordings of my mavic are while flying on the phone quite smoothly without any problems, but I wanted the time of the memory card (which was already included in the drone) transferred to my laptop and they look at me there, but that Problem is that the video recordings are not so fluent but in the meantime faltering, although it is quite liquid on the phone through the app. Does anyone know what to do and can explain it to me?

Have you synonymous pulled from the SD to the hard drive or the video directly from the SD launched?
