Minimum requirements for streaming?

I have a PC that is strong, but I can use it to stream IRL and wanted to ask whether it can stream with OBS on 720p or 1080p and maybe 60fps as well, I would stream with OBS, so I have a laptop with me one Intel Duo core 2 and one with an i5, but no graphics card. And if vll one with 128mb. Would it work?

Funny…

Hey i have a pc that is strong

… Of course not.
C2D processor without graphics card and only 128 MB RAM? No.

Streaming only starts with a Ryzen 7 1700. Better would be 2700X and even better 3000 or 5000. That would currently cost several hundred euro to assemble such a system. Especially when it is supposed to be sensible.

When it comes to streaming, it mainly depends on the cpu. A dual core is generally completely wasted when it comes to streaming. It generally calculates far too slowly because there are only 2 cores that provide data. The i5 (guess older generation) does not have a good single-core performance, although a good single-core performance is actually a prerequisite for streaming. But it also simply depends on the generation and the architecture: Coment Lake-S (10th gen) or even Rocket Lake-S (11th gen) architecture provide a solid single-core performance. Anything below is generally not suitable for streaming. If you have the budget, I would recommend a streaming PC with the following components to build yourself:

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x

GPU: GeForce gt 1030

Motherboard: X570 A-Pro

otherwise 16 gb ram, otherwise you can choose the rest as you like, but I would not save on the CPU cooler here, because the 9 series has to do a lot here.

I have a pc with amd ryzen 5 2600 and GTX 1660super and I can stream well with 1080p60fps and have 144fps in every game, but my concern is whether my macbook can manage (IRL streams) trd.
