Ever since I set the mobile data consumption and the quality low for a while to save Internet on vacation, the quality of the series and movies is low and remains low although I have set the quality back to "high". It's not on my internet connection and I have the premium subscription with Ultra HD. On the laptop everything is played on HD only on the phone just not. What is the problem?
Delete the cache and data from the Netflix app, then try again.

In the case… I have no idea, and would then suspect, one must delete the app times and reinstall.
I've done it three times but it did not work.
