I want to get a laptop or tablet for school. Can you recommend a good device for school?
I'm 15 and I work digitally with an iPad from school, I'm also allowed to use my own device. I already have a school cell phone to do quick things for school.
IPads, MacBooks and MC Surface
These are usually the most practical devices for school
So that all depends on your budget.
An iPad with a keyboard and ApplePencil is recommended. If it should be a little cheaper, there are alternatives such as the Samsung S6 Lite (also has a pen and with a case and keyboard and everything, you save several hundred euro).
Personally, I can work better with a laptop, but a tablet is more useful.

I would recommend the newest normal, but also the new iPad Air. You can also attach a keyboard to it (no-name works too, of course), but after a short time you will be able to use the Apple Pencil well. In general, I can tell you that Apple devices are more beneficial as they support programs like GoodNotes and are therefore compatible with most teachers or classmates. GoodNotes is only available for Apple, for example, and the writing programs from other providers did not convince me personally. Best wishes
