Minecraft problems connecting servers?

I have had an annoying problem for a little longer 1 or 2 weeks. We had problems with our Wi-Fi, so I connected to my laptop via the hotspot on my mobile phone and everything works. Now to my problem our Wi-Fi is working again but I can't connect to any server, but when I'm connected to the hotspot from the cell phone everything works. What could be the reason?
