Logitech g933 artemis spectrum mufflet. How do I fix this?

As written above mufflet. (My brother said, that's the way it is) he is currently very busy and unfortunately can't help. My microphone quality is comparable to that of a station speaker. The funny thing is. My laptop is not on my computer yet. Do you have any idea why this may be?

Do a reset. There's a small hole where you can reset with a paperclip. Otherwise hau times down the driver / the LGS and reinstall it.
