The software recognizes my keyboard (Logitech Prodigy G213) on the PC directly, but not on the laptop (Lenovo Y50). The keyboard works, but I can't change the color profiles like this.
Does anyone have any idea how I could fix that? I could imagine that it is because the laptop keyboard there "intervene"?
Mhm, I have the keyboard myself. Open the software and go to the glowing light bulb and after that you should see "Effect Selection" and thus you can set your keyboard. Or shut your keyboard off and on, sometimes I had the bug. Maybe it's because you accidentally pressed the lamp on your keyboard, because the lamp is there to turn off the RGBs
