USB keyboard only partially works on Sony TV?

I have the problem that my USB keyboard only works partially so that not all keys are usable.

The arrow keys / direction keys, back key and enter key work, but the letters (that's why I actually bought the keyboard) do not work, the TV just does not respond.

Everything works on my laptop.

Does anyone have any idea if and how I can get the full keyboard on the TV to work?

Otherwise I don't know, I really have no idea about it, I'm sorry.

Maybe I would ask SONY times (note the nameplate of the device and keyboard model).
