I really need a laptop for school, but I'm not sure which one to use. I'm also on a budget (about 400 euro a little more is also possible!). I don't know my way around laptops so I ask you! By the way, the laptop must have Office 365 on it.

And CPU should at least say something like "Ryzen" or "i3" or "i5".

Office 365 can actually be bought with every laptop because, as far as I know, it is not always on it. I can't answer which of the two is better, but I don't think for 300 euro you shouldn't expect it to be the newest and best model.
Can you add 100 euro? Then there are already enough good laptops.
I would only buy a 15 ". Since the keyboard is relatively normal and there's a separate numpad. It also fits in a normal backpack.
I used to have a Surface for school and that little keyboard always bothered me. But of course it's a matter of taste.
