Microsoft Surface pro 3 4gb Ram?

Have now started an apprenticeship as a businessman for office management, I would like to buy a notebook or similar for learning and notes etc.

Now I can get a Surface Pro 3 with keyboard and pen for 220 euro with 4 GB of RAM.

Unfortunately, I don't know myself very well, it is enough for office tasks, vlt. Netflix and Co?

It is an old device. And I wouldn't pay 220. The risk is too great that it will not last long. Because this surface series has cooling problems.

4GB means it is the i3. It is enough for office and surfing. But that would be too little power for me. I just need speed because I have no patience with technology. And as soon as something comes with a request, the thing goes to its knees.

I would buy it for a maximum of 180 and use it as a tablet and not as a laptop.
