Slow internet on the laptop, fast on all other devices?
I recently bought the https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/de-de/contact/#. The problem now is that my internet connection is very slow, even though I have a fast connection on other devices such as my cell phone. In comparison, I have 1.04 Mbit / s download speed and 8.61 Mbit / s upload speed on the laptop, and in exactly the same place at exactly the same time on the mobile phone (of course the same Wi-Fi) 58 Mbit / s download speed and 11.2 Mbit / s upload speed.
Does anyone know why that is? Unfortunately I didn't find anything more detailed on the Internet.
Probably if you are connected via Wi-Fi, it means that you have a bad network card in your laptop
The Wi-Fi module is probably bad or partially defective… Normally you can easily replace it… You just have to make sure that the connection is the same and that you don't tear off the small antennas or forget to plug them in again
E.g
Turn off the bluetooth on the laptop, then it will get better in the 2.4 GHz WLAN.
Because Bluetooth works with 2.4 GHz just like WLAN. If you use both at the same time, there may (but need not) be interference.
With 5 GHz WLAN there's no such interference.
PS:
Possibly. Is the wireless LAN driver on the laptop wrong? Drivers are available from the manufacturer's site.
