Left and down arrow keys don't work?

Question is at the top. On-screen keyboard works fine. Have had the problem for a few months. I have a laptop from Medion 360 degrees and with touch function. (Medion AKOYA E3221)

Simply uninstall the driver in the device manager, it will restart automatically.

I've already done it, doesn't help

I strongly suspect hardware damage.

You also have to reinstall Windows for security reasons.
