Microsoft Teams keeps crashing in a meeting?

When I go to school online on my laptop and take part in a team meeting, after a few minutes the picture always freezes and then the sound goes away. In the end I usually only see the frozen picture and then I can use the mouse also no longer move.

I've tried several times to shut down and start up my laptop, but even after restarting it, it lags again after a few minutes.

Does anyone know what to do about it?
