Series is not displayed?

The thing is, when I look for the series I'm currently watching on Netflix, it doesn't show up on my laptop, as if it doesn't even exist on netflix, but when I look in the app on my phone, it's there. I've had that a few times now, and after switching it on and off 4-5 times it was normal again… But there must be a reason… Does anyone know their way around?
