New screen?

I want to buy a new monitor and invest something in it. But I only have one laptop (Omen bought around 2016) and I could already imagine that this laptop would be a bit overwhelmed with the monitor. Do you think my laptop can do that? Don't necessarily want to play with it now, but it should be smooth. I think I'll buy a new PC in the next few years and then I'll have a good monitor.

I confuse your question.

A laptop has its own screen. If you don't want an umbrella, don't buy a laptop.

"create" concerns the graphics card, not the monitor. The card is activated and displays the pixels on the monitor.
