How can I reconnect my laptop keyboard?

Hi, the keys on my laptop didn't work anymore, then I turned off the laptop and saw that the cable to the keyboard is not connected (see pictures) but I can't get it plugged into the white thing or it goes straight out again, then I suddenly found a black part in the laptop with which the cable can be clamped tightly, how do I get the black thing or the cable plugged into it?

Normally there should be some kind of "switch" in the white slot, which you can flip as soon as the cable is in. But somehow it is no longer in there. Did you forcibly pull the plug on the keyboard out there?
