How to change the main email address in Windows 10?

Yesterday my new laptop arrived (with Windows 10) and when I registered I created a new email address and of course a password. When I later tried to log into this account, the password was wrong. Of course I then tried to reset the password, but Google gave the error message that they could not make sure that I'm the owner of this account. Now I have the question, how do I change the main email address of my laptop?
