My laptop can't boot normally now.
Each time automatically a "diagnosis" and Win Reparturversuche, which always fail.
Afterwards I have over the advanced options the possibilities to reset the system or to restore.
Because of these problems, Latptop has recently been formatted by "specialists".
Up to the 90 euro were wasted, nothing has changed.
What options do I have or can I exclude a software error?
My consideration would be to swap the hard drive now.

There's the hard drive over. If it is not SSD, then via the cmd enter chkdsk, defragmentieren.Defekte hard disks can't defragmentieren.
Unfortunately, I can't get that far that I can defragment the hard disk. --.- Can I as a layman easily change the hard drive or do I have to consider something?
If you somehow get the laptop up and you know where which components are installed, then that's no problem.
Installing a 2.5 inch hard disk in the laptop should not be a big problem.
The problem should also represent the poor quality of the housing screws, which are partly of such poor quality, once turned on too tight, the screw is over.
So far I do not know exactly what is installed, but I think that I should somehow get out of it. Thank you for the tip with the screws! Such an inside information is, in my experience, really worth gold!
With the screws you have to be careful, that is soft metal, the screw heads are over quickly.

Unfortunately I do not know very well. At Win 10 it should not be a problem to block a SSD.
Install and install with Win10.
