Writing and drawing programs?

I just wanted to ask here after failed search, if anyone knows good drawing and writing programs. I would not like to write everything in the classroom with a pen and a pen, but on the laptop. Does anyone know something good? So far I've only found times OR writing programs but not both in one.

With OneNote, you can save text and ink drawings in notepads. But actually Word has such a function to insert drawings between text

I mean apart from the Microsoft programs
