Confiscated things, punishment, ad?

First, I want to give you some information about what it's about. I got an ad and a few days ago the police came in unexpectedly in the morning in my room and have told me what it's about. It's about a sexual coercion.

I was seized with these things: mobile phone, tablet and laptop

I confirmed to them that it was me and where all the evidence was in it. On the note is above FAT "Decision" from the AG. Since I had never had such a thing, I wanted to know how long it takes to get the stuff back? Because only ONE device was the evidence on it and what a punishment I have to expect it… Since I'm not yet 21 years old.

Hopefully a jail sentence…
