I've tried several times on my laptop to log in to Outlook, I've always just entered my e-mail address and my password but then it always came:

If I click on "Ok", nothing happens, if I click on "cancel", I will come back to password etc. Enter again…

I also had the problem with my service PC. The reason was that over the years I had logged into this account from various devices (PCs, mobile phones, tablets). Outlook can save but probably only 10 connections. Our admin then deleted the whole no longer valid Eiträge and lo and behold - it went again. But I do not remember where to find this data.

Outlook does not yet support Google's new sign-in process, so you need to generate an app password for your Google account in security settings, which you'll need to type in outlook
