Laptop completely stops responding plus black screen?

I have a Trekstor C13. The day before yesterday he worked with him for school (homework, etc.) and then he wanted me to update the laptop before shutting it down, which I did.

Opened last night and the Power button was already on, but the screen was black and he didn't respond to the on and off button. All FN keys already pressed. I left it open all night and looked this morning to see if anything has changed, but nothing has changed, Power button lights up like yesterday.

I'm desperate, right now before graduation I need the leptop and also now. All IT dealers have to. What can I do? Can I still change the data at all?

Hy,

Do you see the BIOS setup? When your laptop starts up, you should see a BIOS home screen, press the power button on your laptop longer until the notebook turns off not for a short time but for a long time.

You said you made an update. Do you have a boot medium like a CD or a boot stick at home that you can use?

If so, insert the CD / stick and boats over it, let the Windows repair go through.

Thank you for your answer.

unfortunately there's no bios setup, the screen remains completely black, it doesn't even start up.
unfortunately I have no boat medium. I just got the notebook so I could do housework, presentations, etc. And didn't think of a CD or anything else, just used it the way we bought it.

if I hold the button down longer nothing happens. Have already pressed the off button for 1 min, but nothing is happening.

Does it have a battery that you can remove?

1min is more than enough should activate the emergency stop after 6sec.

If you can remove the battery, unplug your AC adapter and remove the battery,

then you can use it again and try again.

Ru

Thanks again for your answer.

The battery is not so easy to remove, I think, because there are screws everywhere and I think the battery may be under these screws, but I'm afraid of breaking something if I go there now. Should I just give it a try or let it go?

Ha

If you are not sure and you would rather trust someone with more knowledge, this is not an issue, but there's nothing to remove a battery, the problem with you is rather that you do not have an earth strap and if you have to go directly under the cover during the If the laptop is running, there may be an overvoltage, causing damage to your notebook. This invalidates the guarantee and you have a defective notebook.

The simplest solution would be to increase the notebook's power until it runs out because there's no longer a battery.

Unfortunately I can't help you here anymore so you do not open it. Waiting until it runs out is easier.

Ru

Thank you, maybe you have a tip on how the battery could run out faster? I read when I charge my cell phone with a USB cable, but when I plug in the cable my cell phone is not charged, again when I plug my mouse in with the USB, it lights up. Really stand on the hose.

Ha

The mouse and keyboard are started with the BIOS, which is why they are already ready for use, mobile phones have to log on to Windows and therefore they only come on later.

In itself, you can put it in a warmer environment, accumulators, batteries, etc. Lose their performance more quickly when warm.

You can't do more.
